黄晓太，副教授，硕导，博士，毕业于香港城市大学电子工程系。CCF计算生物信息学专委会执行委员。从事生物信息学、系统生物学方面的研究工作，对生物网络建模、分析及其在复杂疾病和发育方面的应用有较深厚的研究积累。多年来与香港浸会大学生物系、香港城市大学电子工程系、北京大学定量生物学中心开展合作研究工作。主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目（一等），参与了国家自然科学基金重点项目等。在生物信息学重要国际期刊《Bioinformatics》、《Briefings in Bioinformatics》、《BMC Bioinformatics》、《Genetics》、《Molecular Biology and Evolution》等发表了研究成果。
